Yes, I lived in the Cookeville area for about 6 years. Do you get a lot of changing winds there? We used to sail on Lake Couoer d'Alene, ID and the winds were trickey and you always had to be on your toes at least with a San Juan 21. We sail now on the Pamlico River/Pamlico Sound.
