My recently purchased 1982 C27 with inboard A4 was purchased for $4500 and the
seller was asking 9k. Considering the condition that was too much so I offered
5k which he accepted. After the survey I could back out of the deal if I wanted
but I choose to drop my price another $500.00 which he accepted. I have since
put in about $700.00 in miscellaneous i.e. running line, blocks, hoses etc. I
will probably put more thousands into it as time goes on i.e. new main, roller
furling, winches, etc. I'm in East TN.
