"Large cockpit seats 6-8 adults" sorry, but my boat has "perch" seats and even then maybe 6 adults at dock. Without seeing the boat, I do agree that this is a good deal. But perhaps a bit more reality will helop sell her. OH, and one last question, what is a, "anchor sunshade"?
