Hi Steve,

The cabin light wiring is buried in the cabin overhead, and therefore nearly 
impossible to "replace".  While convienent, I would not consider the cabin 
lights to be critical to the safety of the boat or crew.  In other words, a 
failure there would not be a life or death situation.  On the other hand, the 
bilge pump, Navigation lights, GPS, and VHF radio, are far more important. 

IMHO I would also upgrade the Nav lights...  While "legal" the hull mounted bow 
lights can become ineffective when the boat is healed.
