I'd never heard of this either when the Boat US report came out but I was
heading to visit my brother aboard his IP38 in Moss Landing that week end. I
made a point to walk the docks and look for it. Sure enough there it was on
all the bigger boats including my brother's IP38. I'd never seen it before
because they used a mahogany color so it didn't stand out.
