Not to be argumentative at all, but what are you seeing that the rest of us aren't? The horse looks well-kept, the rider is nicely turned out, the tack seems well fitting and appropriate. I'm having difficulty seeing why you are assuming this horse is unhappy or possibly not being well cared for. If you are spotting subtle clues that lead to you make that assumption, I'd also like to know what you're seeing that we're missing, to help us sharpen our eyes and see little clues that we might be overlooking.
