Yes, they do eat it in other countries. I don't really have a problem with eating any animal, provided it's slaughtered humanely and treated fairly until slaughter. For about 6 months I worked off my board on an Angus farm (small horse operation, big beef operation), and I got to know the bull, played with the bull, and he had personality just like horses. He ended up being dinner for that family that year because he was at an age where alot of the hefers in the herd were his. I cried when he left for slaughter, but that's what he was there for!
