uggghhh... I know piebald means a white face generally... but what is a
"Tobiano marking" then... Also... which is it... do you have to be a QH or
TB to be a paint or are you saying that "Paint" is a breed in itself (it has
it's own registry but does that make it a breed or just breed specific color
of a QH or TB or mix of the 2 or just a color registry!?)... I know I see QH
referred to as Paints with color down the legs and feet... so this is
incorrect description? Or, Like Raven said, they've started to allow it. I
always thought it had to be on the back and above the knee but I see horses
for sale with descriptions that confuse me which is why I'm asking... don't
mean to be "thick"
 what about a TWH that is say bay and white? would that be just spotted or
pinto?
