Janice, Now I don't feel so crazy about the turpintine thing. I would stand the horse in water/mud it draws out the fever in the foot. My friend just went through ground founder with her horse and it took months for her to get better. She is a big mare. I sure have heard them all over the years. As soon as I get around to saddling my horse I will take a picture of him and post. He has a perfect seagull on his right shoulder. He is very cute. His sister was very cute until you got on her and she was shot out of a cannon. I hope he will be quiet or he will be a yard ornament forever. Sylvia
