We could have been neighbors. Bruce's company closed their Medford operation and moved its Oregon headquarters to Portland. We were seriously considering moving when he discovered that if he worked at the company's California headquarters he could retire early. So for six months he commuted between here and Sacramento and then retired at age 58.
