There is no reason to get paranoid about giving a rabies shot. It's probably the safest vaccine on earth, given for more years than about any vaccine, with virtually no side effects. If you or your animal is exposed to rabies, and don't know it and don't immediately seek help, you (or your animal) WILL die. There is no valid argument for not giving rabies vaccine. >>>> It's a lot of poison and virus going into their systems all at once, and some animals and people have a very adversed reaction. Really it's a crap shoot either way you go. Not with rabies. My horses get all the normal vaccines, and will continue to do so - vaccinations aren't a "crap shoot" in my book. Karen Thomas, NC
