My first thought was this was a GREAT idea - reward
the horse when another comes up behind her BEFORE her
defenses kick in.  Then my second thought was getting
someone patient enough to ride on my butt who has the
ability to keep their mouth shut on the number of
clicks for reward I choose to give my horse. 
Unfortunately, while people may say "that's nice"
about clicker training, they generally don't agree and
want to eliminate treats after only treating 3 or 4
times, which in my opinion, hasn't even sunk into the
horse, yet.
