We got the results of the PM - NOT grass sickness, thank goodness! He had a cyst the size of a grapefruit in his gut, which had burst, and also had a piece of small intestine (dead) wrapped around it. The strange thing was he didn't show any of the classical colic symptoms - but at least it was nothing infectious so I'm not going to walk out one morning and find the whole herd dead.
