If we do this, we need to be explicit about what changes there will
be allowed. If this is a "lets revisit every old argument under the
sun" we are doing a huge disservice to dkim.
Thus I think that Barry's formulation of the question is premature.
It should be "what would be do?" first followed ultimately with "should
we do it?". I suspect that lots of different parties have many different
ideas about "what should we do?".
