ok, penguin.org.il and whatsup.co.il are not the official linux sites and are 
maintained privately. We have (almost) nothing with them. They can take care 
of their own buissnises.

ditching actcom? dont think so. really I prefer to stay with one isp till the 
end.
Open another mirror on another company? ok. Please notice that you will need 
sysdamins for the new box. Better if they live closely to it, so it the worst 
case scenario they can get to it and do whatever they should.
