I don't think even Actcom does... it will be rediculous to expect that from an ISP in Israel of today :) for me, any ISP with an inclination to give us free hosting is good natured enough to be dubbed "linux friendly". I'm thinking of setting up a AHA! they mirror kernel.org and much more RHL than IGLU, why not drop those mirrors ourselves in favor of other stuff, especially Israeli projects like Xparam, Kinneret and the likes?
