very well said narendra sir, couldnt have been better. However, there is something i would like to add. I agree when u say that it is all about self learning, but we all need a spark that gives us the motivation to think.. Most of us have had at some point or the other a person who has really shown us the way.. and we have traveled the path.. Most children in india travelled the same old path shown by uninspired teachers.. and the others who think out of the box are the ones who really shine.. Open question: Does anybody remember any teacher or guardian or maybe ur parents as a person who has played a pivotal role in your life???
