I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Nothing either related to hdd or heating. As Amit pointed out, heating related messages usually say something to the effect of critical temperature reached. I had the same problem on my old laptop where the temperature would reach well over 70 before it shut down. I believe 35-40 should be the normal temperature.
