When I worked at Hartsdale tower on the PC (ex PRR) in the early '70s, there
was a dragging equipment detector in Schererville on the Panhandle that
was attached to an indicator in the tower.  I don't recall if it was
interlocked with the home signal or not.  I don't believe it was.
