Correct me if I am wrong but if you have a standalone PC your IP address 
will be by default 127.0.0.1 (localhost) see your /etc/hosts file. Also 
the servername should be a fully qualified domain name e.g. testpad.com 
but check to see if testpad.com exists or else your browser will try to 
hunt for it and return an error. The admin email you have given is alos 
malformed should be root@localhost or [EMAIL PROTECTED]
