Another info, if his vga card is Trident Cyber Blade XP, kind of card, he needs XFree4.2, it has the support, otherwise .. frame buffer only MDK 8.2 Beta1, i have used, It is also COOL .. :)) .. i like this MDK 8.2; beta2 ... i have not yet d'loaded ... But, check out his requirements, .. 1) the software / utilities he is using, does it has Linux version? 2) the device and facility what he has, can you provide the same by Linux ?
