i think the philosophy of open-source is very much on-topic here. larger
lists like linux-india have different sections (li-help, li-general,
li-programmers), but ilug-cal is a single list, and not high-volume. so
anything even tangentially related to linux should be relevant. after
all, linux is open-source and open-source is a philosophy.
