could u please confirm with details
i know Mr. Ashok Mukhopadhyay - and will contact him if necessary
the only solution for a standardised bangla font is unicode

and i believe, that these sort of "intelligent" word processors are the
only solutions for word processing in bangla - they are extremely
intuitive and require almost no learning/memorising - just apply logic

however, making a font for that is no easy task - u have to do a lot of
extra work for the yuktashars - u can't simply map them to a single  key
:(
