The AMC guys we have are saying that they can handle any problem that
might occur with the monitor during its life, but since they don't deal
in Philips monitors, so if they need any ICs or anything, they'll need
some company to supply them. And they didn't know any source for philips
spare parts.

No don't get me wrong. We're not upgrading just yet. But most probably
sometime in september october. I'd love to go in for a complete overhaul
, something like athlon 2200+xp (.13micron) nforce2 based board and a
seagate barracuda v serial ata drive:-) but its gonna be pretty costly
:-( so ...
