Hello all, I'm running FC2 on an Intel motherboard with an inbuilt sound card (the relevant module is called snd-intel8x0). I've noticed two problems:
1. I can no longer hear any beeps from the PC speaker: audio bells on xterms, xbiff, everything works silently. I can play mp3 and other audio files without problems though. What should I change to enable the PC speaker? 2. I had RH7.3 before this, and because the inbuilt audio wouldn't work with that, I plugged in an SBLive card. Now, FC2 doesn't even detect the SBLive card on this motherboard, even when I disable the integrated audio in the BIOS. On my home machine (which has a much older m'board without integrated audio), an SBLive card works just fine with FC2. Any clues about how I can get FC2 to use the SBLive card instead of the integrated audio?
