We could approach none other than the s/w stalwarts IBM, WIPRO & Cognizant. IBM for one supports FLOSS and Cognizant is entering that domain. Cognizant also sponsored ILUG-Bangalore in 2004 I guess, dont remember exactly. I will find out though once I am back to India.
