r u nuts ! we don't like to contribute even for that tea which we consume ourselves. We tried charging 100/- 50/- etc in the way of the great indian divide (slabs) .. Meetings STOPPED ! No way i'm gonna pay for attending meetings about free things ! To and fro costs for a meeting may be 150/- 200/- (petrol driven fancy cars). But that's ok ! To be asked to pay or FORCED to pay, nope M$ does exactly that. Not lug-ers. Now tea IS served at meetings, courtsey me (till the numbers are small) Meetings are beginning to happen (weekly ! wonder of wonders)
So don't plan on 'funding' volunteers (i may join. I luv to be a 'funding' non-volunteer) (since there are many not volunteering, maybe they would like to chip in.
