Hosting websites/ftpsites, or any sort of servers on ADSL lines is
probably forbidden. Oh, and probably the same applies for DIAS as well.
Besides, since the IP addresses are NATted, unless you use a service
like dyndns, you cannot have the permanent IP required to run
webservers, etc.

CellOne based "faster connectivity" ?? Please elaborate !! 
CellOne is GSM/GPRS/EDGE , which has probably the lowest data transfer
rates among the most commonly used wireless networking protocols. Would
be interesting to see how BSNL's pilot project for WiMax performs.

Hey ! That's FUD !! BSNL a/c free internets handle quite a large number
of users without major problems. And yesterday Prometric rated my dialup
at 186 Kbps. :)
