Oh, its a new CPU ! Then you need not look for the silicon grease, in
fact, for the first time, you need not put any grease. AMD heat-sink
will come with a grey patch where the processor will sit. This is the
silicon grease patch. Most of the assemblers are not aware of this and
dab a thick layer of additional silicon grease (the white one), spoiling
the whole heat transfer path. 

What has been done in your case ?
