there is a sense of lack of sportsmanship on part of the list admin. 
humanity which is a superset of on-line community thrives on many important 
things including patience, judgment, impartiality etc. etc.

all misconduct should not be rebuked. if ignorance is the reason behind 
the misconduct, it should be tackled with seniorly teachings. we are not 
working in kernel developers list or something of the like that 
participants are ill tempered by the very nature of their problems. 
its better when people learn to understand and respect others. its very 
easy to fork another list and get lot of members into it. its the tendency 
of nature to move toward higher entropy and fork ! list admin needs 
enough patience and courage to reverse the phenomena.
