Dear Friends One MSW Dataone user in my 'para', Himadri Sengupta, got his system cracked, may be through some worm or so. For two days now he cannot access Net, and cannot change his Dataone password too, someone cracked the system and changed it. Very reasonably he is afraid of getting a huge bill. He had asked BSNL to manually inactivate his account. They said they don't have any provision like that. Can you suggest anything, or, anyone to talk to? -- dipankar das
