It happens with all OS/browsers.
you might also want to check if your modem settings are sane and correct.
or just do a factory reset and set it up again.
Just now did a full reset. But after resetting, my browser came up with
this page!!!. Again I retyped google's URL and it went to google.
God only know whats happening in BSNL's routers !!!!
