Motive , as it is said is a self care software provided by BSNL. I installed
it in windoze. It helps to configure the modem for beginners with step by
step method including screenshots and illustrations.
I did a factory reset and reconfigured my modem using it. It was very easy.
The download also contained step by step instructions with screen shots for
configuring in Linux.

I think the redirection takes place at the router and it is set by some
program, so we cant do much about it.

I don't think its happening with DNS. Also I don't thing only google ips are

It stopped appearing after i downloaded it
