I feel ur not answering these questions in the > labsetups. We cannot be posting the video recording of 6-8 hours we spend in various colleges, just to prove that we are working. We do address all these issues. Enough people are getting motivated, that is why you see good number of newbies in our list. There are many offlist queries/phonecalls/personal contacts we have with students. We don't want spam the list with every such details just to prove ourself. Please do understand we do this for our satisfaction, not to satisfy somebody.
