May be.. if you look at it that way. But at the end of the day, any 
product can break and, in my opinion, a good service is a must and Dell 
provides that.

In the last weekend's rain, I think, one of the power lines got hit by 
lightning and there was a power surge. Both my UPSes went to overload 
and shut off for a brief second. The end result, I think, I lost a 
PSU/SMPS. One can argue that the 2 other PSU/SMPS survived while the 
Dell one died but these are extreme situations and I am happy that I 
will have the Dell technician visit today to replace it for me. 
Considering, I placed the service request on Sunday, I think this is 
good service.
