yes for both! anybody anywhere anytime can get the sourcode free-of-cost, as 
well as the object code. this is freedom.

and you can also charge whatever fee you like, if you wish to sell it to 
someone, and someone wishes to pay for it, with or without your value added 
services. this is also freedom.

free => free-of-cost => m u f t
free => freedom => m u k t


takes some time to *detoxify* yourself of the existing business models built 
around proprietory knowledge paradigms.

free your mind of these, and the new business model will reveal itself to 
you, like a pearl in an oyster.

which is how ibm and hp got the eureka moment and have started making 
billions out of the gnulinux business. and people think money can't be made 
out of gnulinux.
