We'd have to get Niyam's inputs on that, but to the best of my
knowledge the requirement for a link with branding was communicated to
neither Vivek nor I.

I'd think we should clarify this on the list itself, since everyone
here is a stakeholder in some sense or the other. We can certainly
meet up at IHC tonight, and communicate whatever consensus is reached
(if any) to the list.
