Note: I do not use DULs or other RBLs on mailservers I administer;
much as I hate spam, I am scared of false positives.
You have the right to (not) send from any IP you want to.
I have the right to (not) recieve from any I want to.
You do not have an innate right to send me mail.
I believe we would agree on the above. As far as VSNL _may_ be
hijacking port 25, this is a commercial contract, there is little
"right" or "wrong" here.
