Hi, Go to an institute and they will rip you of all your money. You will be as clueless about things as you are now. The only thing they give you for sure is the degree.
My advice is to get a pc and a net connection and explore. You need to have patience, thats it. Group up with a few like minded people who share the same interests as you. Learn to use mailing lists and ircs (internet relay chats). You are grown up now, you shouldn't expect institutes to spoon feed you even now. some of the sites which you may find of use to you: linux kernel http://kernelnewbies.org/ device drivers http://lwn.net/Kernel/LDD3/ http://kernelnewbies.org/Drivers It will be hard at first, you may feel everything is latin and greek. My motto has always been: Patience Pays!!! hoping you will succeed in your endeavour, regards, sid PS: financially also i think this solution is better. PC (about 20000/-) + net (3000/- + 500 * 12 months) = 29000/- I dont think any institute will teach you for anything less than 40000/- --------------------------------------------------------------------- --- In [email protected], "hasib shaikh" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hi all, > > I am new to city, I am an maharashtrian Boy. > > I am very much interested in embedded programming ,device drivers and > linux kernels , if any body know good institute please feel free to tell > me. > > I will really appreciate you. > > Regards > > HASIB > > --
