Well, as Mail.app supports multiple signatures, I have several
signatures programmed I can select at the click of a mouse. The one
below is my default signature. I also have customized signatures for
when I'm writing as moderator of each of my mail groups, plus signatures
I use for business communiation, one for business within Canada and one
for outside Canada, plus a custom business signature for dealing with
Final Draft, who makes my screenwriting software.

My apartment may be a mess, but my E-mail is well organized. :)
