It was a decent mailer in 10.1.5 but it's a real winner in Jaguar. I've used Claris and Eudora in the past and been pleased with both, however, for me, Mail.app in 10.2.1 beats them both. The more I use it the better I like it. It's a full blown, full featured mailer, with all the things you would want: redirect, bounce to sender, etc. and a great spam/junk filter that is intelligent. The more you teach it, the better job it does. <G>
I'm on a bunch of lists, both professionally and personally. Every list has a member or two who make you automatically groan when you see their address in the in box. With Mail.app it's a one time event, just tell mail: messages from that address are "junk" and presto they are gone.
