As I said, in such a low-memory situation, 8.6 (actually, with 64MB I'd 
have  chosen 8.1!) would obviously operate better. It would be best for 
that machine (regardless of OS) to up the RAM somewhat. You'll get 
better performance regardless of the OS version you ultimately decide 
to use.
