Does anyone know whether there is an OS X free html/xhtml text editor out there? BBEdit Lite is only OS 9, as far as I now. I work I've used HTML-Kit a little and for free, it's a great deal. Not as friendly to layout or edit text with as DreamWeaver, but it doesn't generate dirty code as much as DreamWeaver...in my limited experience that is. I downloaded a trial version of BBEdit (full OS X version) and aside from the fact that the installation process was confusing for me (I never could get it to stay in my Applications folder or to stop prompting me to re-install it, but I am no measure of computer savvy, that's for sure), the menus didn't seem to be all that intuitive. Is it really meant for software developers who need to integrate their programming with wed development? Anyway, if there's any decent free text editor for OS X. I'd be interested in trying it.
