First off, when you select that message, you *should* see the text of the
message (and possibly the photo) in the preview window (the large window on
the lower right).  Just above the preview window, there should be a
triangle, and next to it, the word "Attachments:" and the name of the
attachment.  If you click the triangle, another little window should drop
down and show a listing of attachments, and three buttons:  Open; Save; and
Remove.  Highlight the name of the attachment in that window, and select
Save (navigate to the folder you wish to save it in).  One possible problem
though - if the photo is in the AOL's "art" format, you're screwed.  Only
AOL's software can open the "art" formatted files.  If it's a standard JPEG
or GIF, then you should have no problem.  Otherwise, ask the sender to
re-send it as a standard JPEG attachment.
