It's in Jaguar. I used it and wasn't very happy. but then again I'm a Newton user so I'm spoiled. Anyway, according to Mac Help in the menu bar: "When you have a Wacom graphics tablet connected to your computer, and the Wacom tablet software installed, the Ink icon appears in System Preferences.
