Java is NOT the same thing as JavaSCRIPT. Two completely separate things that have NOTHING to do with each other apart from a similar-sounding name. Check that you have javascript turned on, that you have "block pop-up pages" turned OFF, and that you have your cookies set to "always." If you have an example of a page you can't get into that you can share with us without compromising your privacy, please do so we can try it out and report back.
