I'd give three answers here: strictly legally, yes, it is a violation as you're distributing it on the web. So I wouldn't do it on behalf of a company or put it on any commercial site. However, practically, in the real world no one is going to bother to extract the sound track and use it. And morally, by sharing this with a small number of your friends only, no possible harm is being done to the owner. I'm pretty sure that would be the basis of any C&D orders you'd receive. Unprotected trademarks can be revoked, so if they knowingly allow use, the trademark is weakened.
