I know this is a OT conversation, but does anyone know how Spanish characters are created in Appleworks 6?
I'm writing a grant for 15 Macs for placement in a school setting. The school is a language immersion school (English/Spanish), and support for accented characters is a must. With PCs, these characters are commonly achieved as combinations of the [ALT] key and an ASCII code. There are also ways to remap the keyboard (changing the output of the keys, so that keypresses result in Spanish accented characters, rather than US-standard English, as printed on the keys themselves).
