Hi, here is what Epson says on their site about the 890: Features: Software Driver Windows USB- Windows 98, 2000, Me or XP; Windows Parallel- Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, 2000, Me or XP; Macintosh USB- Macintosh System 8.5.1 - 9.X. Mac OS 10.1 - 10.2
Perhaps ypou need to contact them about your problem or have you already done so? I am only using OS9.x.
