John Thank you, but yes, I did contact Epson and their only suggestion was to reload software. I use OS 10.2. I used the driver disk supplied and also downloaded the driver fresh from the website. A problem in the UK is that most manufacturer's support services cost 50p or �1 a minute to phone and you can find yourself listening for 15 minutes to an electronic voice telling you how much they value your call and just wait a little longer please, before talking to a confident youth whom, you realise later, knows little more than you do.
